For almost everyone on the planet, 2020 was a year of challenges and a challenging year. Fear, uncertainty, and anxiety abound. We believe gratitude is the gateway that allows us to get out of the scarcity loop and into the abundance mindset. Gratitude shifts what we see and allows us to make better choices. Ann Voskamp stated this beautifully when she wrote, “No amount of regret can change the past. No amount of anxiety can change the future. Any amount of gratitude changes the present.”

This prepares you to start looking for the good in your life and this alone will reorient your mindset from surviving to thriving."
